A Historic Legacy Reborn
Constructed in 1959, Villa El Martinete is a 4,000-square-meter beachfront palace located on Marbella’s Golden Mile. It was originally built by the famous flamenco dancer Antonio Ruiz Soler, also known as “El Bailarín,” who referred to it as “a miniature Alhambra.” The estate’s cultural importance grew as it became a gathering place for artistic icons, such as Antonio Ruiz Soler and Pablo Picasso.
