Nobu Hotel Marbella Client experience.
Not everything you do needs to be observed or heard, except when you are in the luxurious Spanish haven of the stunning Nobu hotel complex in Marbella, located in Southern Spain.
Located at the center of the Golden Mile, this exclusive resort caters only to adults. It has become a coveted haven for the most attractive and stylish people worldwide since its grand opening in 2018. It is a place where luxury and indulgence abound, offering a true paradise for those with discerning tastes.
The luxurious subtropical environment and modern interior design never fail to impress the stylish guests of the hotel. Furthermore, Nobuyuki Matsuhisa’s renowned blend of delicious Japanese cuisine with a hint of tropical Peruvian flair perfectly complements the exquisite surroundings, providing a truly unforgettable dining experience.
Feeling quite privileged, in 2022, I received a coveted invitation to join Marbella’s elite at the luxurious Nobu Hotel. Clad in my stunning Manolo Blahnik heels, I savored the delicious Lychee elderflower martinis while enjoying the beautiful crystal-clear pool. And, of course, I couldn’t resist indulging in Nobu’s signature Omakase menu, which was simply divine.

Character and style
Inside the public areas is an air of sophistication created by the combination of modern ryokan-style detailing and dark woods. However, adding retro Hollywood memorabilia and neon art pieces injects an element of urban chic, creating a unique and unexpected ambiance. Moving outside, the hotel shares its grounds with the Puente Romano Beach Resort. It provides a picturesque setting with tropical greenery, decorated walls, fountains, and pathways, reflecting both Andalusian and Asian influences.

Hotel guests are invited to enjoy this great area during their stay. The resort’s lively hub of dining and entertainment is La Plaza Village, an open-plan gallery featuring top-notch restaurants, a chic lounge, and a nightclub.

Nobu Marbella, located within the village, offers its famous black cod miso dish and innovative bites inspired by local ingredients, such as seasonal scallops with foie gras and vanilla miso. The breakfast buffet is a delightful fusion of Japanese and traditional options. Still, for a unique culinary experience, guests can order from the à la carte menu, featuring dishes like egg toban with dry miso or blueberry and yuzu soba pancakes.
