Scheduled for completion by 2028, this mixed-use marvel will house 133 floors offers a mix of residential, hotel, retail and entertainment spaces, and a suite of record-setting attractions—including the world’s highest lobby, nightclub, restaurant, observation deck, and hotel room.

Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co. Residences

In Business Bay, the Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences rise to 557 m across 104 levels and 7 basement levels. Launched in late 2022, this super‑tall residential tower boasts penthouses, an infinity pool, spa, concierge services—and a sparkling crown of spires by Jacob & Co.

Burj 2020

Uptown Dubai Tower 1—nicknamed Burj 2020—is set to reach 711 m in Jumeirah Lake Towers. Designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill, it combines commercial, retail, and hotel facilities into one megastructure by 2030.

Aeternitas Tower

The Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower emerges as a residential clock tower, reaching 450 m with 106 floors. Luxury is the theme—complete with sky mansions, spa, cinema, and a clock crown inspired by Swiss horology.

Trump International Hotel & Tower

The first ever Trump high-rise in the UAE, the Dh1 billion plus project occupies a prime spot off Sheikh Zayed Road and at the entrance to Downtown Dubai. In height terms, it will rise up to 350 meters for its 80 levels.
